03

Questions

Before you ask.

How am I billed?

Monthly in arrears by invoice, in pounds sterling, excluding VAT. Billing is per GPU-hour allocated — a partial hour is rounded to the minute. UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate where applicable.

Where does my data sit?

On nodes located in the United Kingdom. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and tenants are isolated at the hypervisor level. We do not replicate customer data outside the UK.

Is there a minimum commitment?

On-demand has no minimum — allocate a GPU, use it, release it. Reserved terms start at one month and are priced lower in exchange for the commitment.

Do you resell electricity, or bill me for power?

No. Power is our operating cost, priced into the hourly rate. Meridian is not an energy supplier or generator and does not sell, trade or resell electricity to customers or to host sites.

Can I try it before committing?

Early access is open. Tell us the workload and we'll give you a straight answer about whether current capacity fits it — and if it doesn't yet, when it will.

Send us the shape of the workload — model size, hours per month, latency requirement — and we'll come back with real numbers.
